Some common questions we hear from around the neighborhood:

Can I install a fence?

Yes! We highly recommend having a survey of your property completed before contracting with anyone or self-installing a fence. For a list of approved materials and other guidelines, please visit the Fence Guidelines page. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with Liberty Township and Butler county guidelines regarding setbacks and easements on your property. Prior to installing a fence, you must submit a property change request form to the Architecture committee. Please allow 30 days for the committee to respond, before scheduling work. 

Can I install a pool?

Yes, but inground only. Above ground pools may not be installed. A number of LRHOA neighbors have installed pools and would be a great resource for contracting this and other pool maintenance needs. Prior to installing a pool, you must submit a property change request form to the Architecture committee. Please allow 30 days for the committee to respond, before scheduling work.
