Development and construction of the Logsdon's Ridge subdivision began in the early - mid 1980's. The final phase was completed in the mid 1990's. It is located in Liberty Township, one of the five original townships in Butler County. The original township, erected in 1810, included West Chester Township which separated in 1823. Over the past century Liberty Township has grown from 1024 residents to over 37,200 residents. It is a growing community and a vibrant area in which to live and do business. And...the best is yet to come!
The Logsdon's Ridge HOA was established in 1987 through the efforts of Harry Thomas, JR. The HOA was formed to help create a more cohesive community and to preserve and protect the interests of all 195 property owners within our subdivision. We have a couple families who have lived here for 25 years - theirs were among the very first homes built!
The HOA is represented by three elected officers (President, Secretary, and Treasurer) who serve a one year term of office. Thanks to the many residents who, over the years, have served as HOA officers, committe chairpersons, and community volunteers. Because of your efforts our neighborhood has flourished.
The HOA conducts regular business meetings the first Tuesday in March, May, September, and November. The annual elections take place at the November meeting. All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend the meetings. This is your community - please take an active part in making it special!
