Committees

This volunteer committee processes all property change forms. Responsibilities include assessing requests for completeness, evaluating the property to ensure HOA standards can be met, and possibly making recommendations for best practices. Committee is responsible for keeping accurate files on each property for the benefit of future sales and new homeowners' information.

This volunteer committee plans all community activities throughout the year. Past activities have included Easter egg hunts, neighborhood food trucks, Fourth of July bike parade, and the Yuletide winter holiday event. Responsibilities include planning time and location, organizing supplies, and soliciting necessary help or donations from homeowners.

This volunteer committee is designed to help neighbors with light yard work or other maintenance activities. 

This volunteer committee is designed to welcome new homeowners to the neighborhood by providing useful information upon move in. 

This volunteer committee is responsible for spreading sunshine throughout the neighborhood. If you know of a neighbor that has experienced a loss, is going through an illness, or is generally in need of uplifting, the Sunshine Committee organizes activities, sends cards/flowers, and aims to comfort those neighbors in need.
