We are located within the Lakota School District, one of the largest and best school systems in Ohio. Status Letters
Title companies and realtors are asked to request status letters by contacting Logsdon's Ridge Treasurer at treasurer@logsdonsridge.org Please submit all requests at least seven (7) days prior to the closing date.
Exterior Property Changes
The Logsdon's Ridge Property Change Approval Form must be submitted and approved 30 days prior to the start of any repair, replacement, change, or addition to the exterior of your home or property. The object of requiring a homeowner to file the Approval Form with the Board is twofold:
- To ensure that our planned project conforms to the Association's Declaration, enhances the beauty and maintains the architectural harmony of the community and in no way inconveniences your fellow homeowners.
- To enable the Association to determine what information and/or assistance it can give in order to expedite the successful completion of your planned project.
