The Treasurer shall keep financial records, send out bills and be responsible for the financial stability of the Homeowners Association. The treasurer shall provide financial overview to the Trustees and members of the association at all HOA meetings. The treasurer will provide status letters to realtors and title agents - a one week notice must be given.
The secretary shall keep the minutes of all HOA meetings. He or she shall help with newsletters, directories and other types of communication with the neighborhood.
